getting new wheel

Well, i have had 2 bent rims for a while now (on the back so it dont shake, on the front was horrible). They are $798 a piece for stockers. My balt is black. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should get? I am 2.4 so should I stay at the 17" or much up to 18", or maybe stagger them? What is offset? I know nothing about wheels so I dont know what offset to get or anything like that. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I dont what stock rims. I figured I would go ahead and get some nice ones since its time to get my summer tread. This winter tread I have really sucks in the rain, hydroplains very easy.
