jacking up the cobalt

i have a base cobalt and was wondering if anyone had pictures of where I can jack up the rear and front of the car and place jack stands? I tried jacking up the car with a floor jack at the points where the spare tire jack would go but those lips just bent. Please help.

I like jacking it up at the front crossmember, and the rear suspension mount just in front of the rear tires

sorry to keep bugging you man... but i just want to make sure.. so this is wear you first jacked up car up then placed a jack stand where the jack orginially was? As long as i am lifting at the sub frame does it matter specifically at what part front and back i'm lifting at?

i jacked the car up right next to where the jack stand is and then i slide the jackstand under there... as long as you use the sub frame as your jack point you will be ok.... and you need a real floor jack not that POS jack that came with the car
