I'd like to see what they would look like if you painted the outter edge of the lip black so when looking staight at it you see red & black then at an angle you would see a black outer lip chrome inner lip and red spokes, I was looking at colored rims but settled on oz ultralegerras. yep I'm a fence sitter

hm.... that does sound interesting actually....
but, i'll NEVER paint my wheels. it's either powdercoat, or nothing and i've already spent enough on these rims.
if they were absolute mint rims, then i'd consider it, but 1 wheel has some rash, and there's some dings in the lip on 2 others.

Yeah. thats how mine are two. One of mine has some slightly noticeable pot hole rash, and they all have minor little chips on them here and there from daily wear and tear. They're almost 2 years old now, so its to be expected. I might look into having mine painted/powdercoated eventually. Either flat black (entire wheel) or just have the face of them painted like a gold metallic.
cars at belle tire right now. just waiting for the phone call to go pick it up
