Let's See Some Powdercoated LNF Stockers...
i agree. my stockers look pretty much like the 1st pic except in red, and it was a sonofabitch to do all that taping. not too mention, if you aren't careful, that tape can strip off the paint very easily, so it gets really time consuming to fill in those spots.
BTW gestapo... i absolutely LOVE the yellow & black spokes look!!!!! definitely do that its SICK!!

I like that one. Its a little much, but i dont think im gonna make the lug nuts yellow liek that pic, but its something I can bring to shows and Hot Import Nights and **** and it would look great. Not track rims, but good show car rims ya know. Matches the theme of my car while not making the car look rediculously overboardYou gotta do that bro. You have my favorite SS/TC sedan and if you do that you will have my vote 4 life

if by "machine" you mean that thing they use to pop the tires off, then yes it will. But that's why you wait until after you get the tires put on to paint your wheels.
THanks bro

^how would the machine mess it up? The crowbar they gotta use to pull the tire up over the lip would scratch it?
Blueberry you revealing the brand yet?

it won't "scratch" so much as it'll make the paint chip off. In the end, it's just paint, and nothing is keeping it bonded to the metal. That's why people prefer powdercoating over painting, because the paint is magnetically charged onto the wheel.
alright well im just gonna take this advice and paint them after the tire change so i dont have to repair them, and so that we dont get off topic and start a huge pointless argument here!! thanks for the advice and pics though guys!!

man if you got a gargage and time. just buy a powdercaoting gun. and a old POS electric oven. thats what i did. and i can powdercoatt anything up to 20" wheels. and man if you were closer i could do them. and cahrge you 160. the powder is cheap and doesnt cost that much. its the prep work to get it right.
