20 lbs in a 18 is the lightest for the SS.

kyowa racing makes the kr 206 which weigh 19 lbs and the kr 228 which are 17 lbs.
you can find both on victoriatire.com they have more designs too but they do not fit the car.

motegi tracklites are good. I had a set of 17's on my talon/eclipse. 17lbs each. Rays GramLights are really good if you can afford them lol. Enkei and Konig make some light wheels.
