looking for tires..help

Ok this summer i need new tires, the stock pirellis just arent cutting it anymore, they are losing tread and are spinning too easily. I have a cobalt ss/sc with airbox mod, stage 2 and exhaust and plan on doing some more power mods this summer so i need tires to go along with it. What i am looking for is a tire that will give me better traction and all and hold up well in the winter/rain conditions as well as have a pretty good tread life because i cant invest in tires that often, .... all for a decent price. Thanks guys

traction is doable for me in second, the road noise is not bad, handling is better then stock.
