Need help with new wheels

Hey everyone, I'm planning on getting new wheels soon and I want to fill the wheel gap. I have an LT and right now I have 18x8 rims with 215/40 tires shown below.

I was looking at my wheels last night and I realized that the front spring sits right above the tires like this...

The bottom of the spring comes out far enough that it is over the tire. So if I get 19s or just new tires with a bigger sidewall to fill the wheel gap will I have to worry about it rubbing the bottom of the spring? I'm assuming the ss springs are like this too and I've seen people with 20s so I know theres gotta be a way around it without getting really skinny rims haha. Anyone have any thoughts?

Fix the wheel gap with lowering springs, not the tire.....

Put some coilovers on there, then you can adjust it were you want .

Well I already have lowering springs and the rear is dropped 2.5" and the front 2". Like I said it's an LT so when I bought it it had 15" rims with at least a 6" wheel gap so that's why even with the springs and new wheels theres still some gap. It's only a small gap now so I was going to get a 45 or 50 series tire just to fill the rest up. Even if I had the money for coilovers right now I still wouldnt be able to go much lower cause the lowest point under my car is already pretty close to the ground. All I need to know is if there is a way to avoid the new tires from rubbing the bottom of the springs, or if there would be any issues with the new tires being even closer to the spring than the tires I have now. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm not very experienced I'm just tryin to learn as I go haha.

If you want more low you have 2 options

1)Coil overs
2)Air ride

Also remember in most cases not all the lower you go you are sacrificing ride quality.

If you are dead set on your current wheel/spring setup, the only thing I could think of is to run spacers to pull the wheel out away from the spring, and run a larger OD tire. However I think that would look dumb and you may run into rubbing issues while turning.

I'm running 255/35/18 tires on 18x9 +40 offset wheels and they clear the strut and spring perch no problem. Unless you plan on going more aggressive than that, you will be just fine.
