Look through the Aftermarket wheels thread that is stickied for ideas. If you see something you like, then we can help you find the proper size tires, etc. You can also enter your vehicle on Tirerack.com, Wheelsnext.com, or Discounttiredirect.com and a bunch of wheels in our bolt pattern will show up. The last 2 offer free shipping to Canada. You need a wheel with a 5x110 bolt pattern and an offset somewhere in between +35 and +45. You can also look at wheel manufacturer sites, just don't get too excited about a certain design until you find out if it is available in 5x110! Enkei has a bunch of wheels for 5x110 now, so have a look at their site.

Those are about as close as you will get to an 18" Rennen RC2! Good choice!

I had Nexen N7000's on my ADR's. I was pretty impressed with them considering how cheap they are! The N3000's are also pretty decent according to most people who have used them. Excellent "Bang for your buck" tires!

Tirerack.com has some ASA 19's on sale for $149US right now. If you get the Rennens, you will be the 3rd black Cobalt in Ontario with RC2's! lol.

I'm almost positive they're the same weight as our factory 18" rims.

Always research before you buy tires. I PM'd tREBS about his Generals and he told me to pick something else.

Um I did. I don't just throw my money at anything. I did lots of research before buying these. I am not going to take one person's word for on whether they are good tires or not. Gotta remember his car has a lot more horsepower then mine does. I don't go auto-xing with my car. I do take it to the drag strip once and awhile but that is about it. I don't drive my car that hard, so for me to buy a tire that is priced at say $400 PER tire just does not make sense to me. Plus I had Michelin Pilot PS2's on the rims when I bought them and honestly they were not that good in the rain. And for me that is a big thing because I am usually at highway speeds with my car travelling back and forth to Fort McMurray and Calgary and I need to have good grip in the rain or whatever else mother nature throws at me on the trip.

And these tires received pretty good ratings in the rain, and for half the price of my past tires I can't say no. They have a good tread rating and get lots of good reviews.

Not everyone is going to like them. I could say the same to someone buying the Pilots but I do not expect them to not buy them just based on my sole opinion.

I do thank you for the opinions on the tires, but if they turn out to be shitty then that is something I will have to deal with. I drove on them for a month or so with a couple trips back and forth from Calgary and Fort McMurray and I really like them.

Here is one of the many places I checked on the tires:

http://www.1010tires.com/tirereviews...e_reviews.html

And if someone thinks it is because of the price I decided on these tires, that is not the case. I make more then enough money to buy whatever I want. Thank you big oil!!

I'm sorry that I assumed you didn't do any research. Are there any oil related jobs available out there right now? I'm a little worried about my current job and I don't make "Big Oil" money anyways! lol

There is not very much in conventional oil...such as in Southern/Central Alberta. But in the oilsands there sure is. Check out the sites:
