New rims....struts?
New rims....struts?
I plan on getting some 17x7.5 rims for my sedan, and really want to lower it afterwards to rid myself of the wheel gap and improve handling. If i lower it, I'll go with the pro kit since I live in ohio, nasty weather round here
However, I won't do this unless I am able to purchase some aftermarket reinforcement (struts?). I don't want to take a chance on something going badly wrong in the future since I plan on owning the car for a good while.
What is some stuff I can get afterwards if I plan on lowering it?

I know its not what you asked, but I've had my prokits on for almost 2 years now without problems. The drop is less than two inches and the stock shocks and struts seem to be holding up fine. If your set on aftermarket look for someone selling thier ss struts as they the front SS/SC ride hight is exactly the same as the eibach pro kit.
Well that's reassuring, knowing that the stock struts do have a pretty decent life span with the pro kit. I'm looking for aftermarket advice strictly because I don't want to have to deal with problems later on, and if theres something I can do to make sure of that I'd life to. I'll look into the ss/sc struts, thanks.
