Talking New wheels and tires! 235/40/18s SS S/C! (New pics!)

Ok So here are some teaser pics for you guys. Ill have some realy good shots of it tomarrow. Its late and my batterys went dead befor I got any realy good pics.

So here you go.

This is a shot of the stock wheels and tires next to the new wheels and tires.

As you can see the 235/40/18s are alot wider!
The new rims are 18s 42mm offset 5-110 and are 7.5" wide.
The Stockers are only 7"s wide. It ses so on the rim and we checked this to.

And a shot of a new tire befor mounting.

And here are 2 shots of one of the rims off the car ready to go.

And a few shots of it on the ground befor it left the shop.

And one last shot after I got some new batterys. It was geting dark and the rest of the pics look like crap.

Ill have more pics and info saterday night.

I can tell you this.
If your looking to get of wheel hop. This is the mod for you! I can get off the line alot faster now and the new tires and rims removed about 90% of the wheel hop I had.

And they look PIMP!

I also had my windows tinted today and my blackcatcustoms gauge face is here and will be going on in tomarrow befor pics are taken.

Rims look great! That is some wide-ass rubber there. They stick out of the wheel wells!

Looks great! I like the way the dark headlights compliment the rims. Nice choice.

I didn't see listed anywhere, but what kind of tires are those? I like the tread pattern.

Talking

Thanks every one.
The tires are BFG G-force T/A KDW2s size 235/40/18

Yes I would like to sell or traid the stock rims and tires. PM me.

The tires did rub on one side I hace pics and every thing showing where it ribed and how I fixed it.
They do not rub at all now.

The wheels ate about 20lb each and the wheel and tire are about 42lb each.
The stock wheels are about 24lb each and the stock wheel and tire is about 47lb each.

Yes they are ALT sonix.

Im resizing and uploading new pics no of the wheels and tires. Its going to take me some time Im on a dialup conection right now.

Those look awsome. Paint the center caps black, and I bet they'd even look better!!!

what was rubbing on those tires? Just wondering because I just put my 235/40/18's on the stock rims and they don't rub anything, although they come close. I used the Eagle F1 GS-D3's.

Overall looks OK, but I think the spokes are a little too thin, with a polished lip it would have looked better in my opinion. Have to weigh less than stock though! Im definitely going with 19's, everyone on here I've seen get new wheels their car doesn't look as good because they look smaller.

I LOVE your headlights also they look very nice, you've convinced my to do the same rather than order the projectors!
