How much does off set realy matter if i remeber right the off set on my 2.2 is 42mm stock i found a set of wheels i like but the off set is 38 mm thats gonna pull the wheel in 4mm right will that cause the tires to rub in a corner thanks for any help

 

the less the positive offset the further out the wheel is pushed. im running 15x8 wheels for autox with a +15 offset on my ls coupe, they have about a 2 inch lip.
