You've got a PM.
on evos, does the wing jiggle, or is it the trunk?

On our cars, it is the trunk that flexes I believe

Not sure.

I know that when I put my CF wing insert in, it reduced wobble a great deal. I guess we'll have to find out...

That brings up a good point though.

I have the cf blade as well. The old blade wiggled more, but it might be due to more weight on the trunk. The side arms are solid. Pull on them or push them when opening/closing the trunk and they don't flex, but the trunk bows in and out.
Try it and check my theory...

Seems that the trunk has some play in it. It's not even really the trunk lid itself, but more of the metal of it it seems like.

I'll report back on how the fins work out. Even if it's the trunk, if these things do any good and airflow is smoothed, then regardless of the trunk lid flexing, you shouldn't see much movement as its still the air making it do that (with the exception of bumpy roads).

Time to find out if these things work or if they're just snake oil.

I think bumps is the main problem. Air would be a nearly constant magnitude of force to flex the whatever.

Seems to me that it just has GM syndrome. Thin metal and a poor mounting location on said metal. My supra doesn't move AT ALL because they intelligently mounted it on the edges, a strong point for metal

The back of our car's roof is shaped like a wing on an airplane...at higher speeds, they help to reduce stall effect that creates drag...http://www.avweb.com/news/reviews/182564-1.html

I LOVE THESE WHEELS, but the 1400 price tag is killing me, did everyone pay that much for them or is there some way to get them cheaper??

On Tire Rack they are selling for $348/wheel. Do they ever run any promotions or discounts on these, like free shipping? I guess I can always wait and see if they do something for Cyber Monday...but that is 5 months away.
