I took off work today and decided to paint my rims. well, I got thru the front rims until it started raining and got a little late. I'll finish the other two tomorrow or thursday. Here are some pics!

looks pretty nice. These gunmetal lug nuts might make it look even better. I have to warn you, they are a bit pricey, but they are VERY nice

If you do go with those, ours are 12x1.5. They don't have them listed under the cobalts, but you can just checkout under any vehicle and tell them you need the 12x1.5 not 1.25

What kind of paint did you use and the brand??!

 

Duplicolor gloss black, dupli-color black sandable primer, and dupli-color Clear Coat. I'm gonna put together a how-to and will have all the info together by the end of the week.

id have left the inside (lip?) part between the spokes polished and get the wheels a little more glossed....the paint looks too dull next to the shinybody

Might I suggest getting some covers for your lug nuts...I got mine at colorlugs.com. THey were cheap as hell, they hold VERY securely, you'll never loose one. Just make sure you get the little tool. You can get a whole car kit (extractor included) for like 13 bucks and an extra 4 for like another $2. I don't have a picture of them yet on that thread, I need to put it up.
