Hiros are a no go for our cars.

I initially was having 19x8.5 Hiros custom drilled for my car through Axis directly. Wheelsnext was having it all set up for me by talking to the Axis reps. Anywho, I got a call back from Wheelsnext saying that Axis was having trouble drilling the existing Hiros to a 5x100 b/c of how deep the spoke face was, and after drilling two wheels to no sucess (they could be drilled but come out looking terrible) they called it quits. I'm sure Axis could drill a blank Hiro to a 5x100 setup, but that would cost loads of $$$. They were drilling already exisiting Hiros (5x100, 5x114.3, etc etc) for me to no sucess. So I ended up going with the Mods b/c they can be custom drilled b/c they have a center cap to cover the drilling. And yes, all Axis mods on Cobalts are custom drilled, as Axis never offered a 5x110 setup for them, and if you look closely on Gravana, it says that the Mods are custom drilled upon you ordering them.

Hiros would've been sweet though.....I was so close!

Thanks for being honest. I really don't want to have spend hours to do the detailing, considering all there will be to polish, should I decide to show the car.
