Recently bought a set of BF Goodrich g-force sports(215/45) 17". Took em to a driving event at TWS for one weekend, and the tread started coming off in CHUNKS.

So, we went back to Dicount Tire to see what they could do. The guy who looked at it seemed to be pretty confident that it was due to cornering . Seeing how there's no reason that it would come off in chunks instead of wearing faster, i got him to call up BF, and the lady put it on driver responsibility, saying no warranty covers my driving style. Luckily, they said they would replace the front two(only ones that it was clearly noticable), but they wouldn't do it again. The only other thing that could even come close do causing that amount of damage to the tire would be if i was rubbing struts, but that doesn't make sesnse, since the chunks were on the outside, and the tires/wheels definitely fit my car.

So, Just wondering if anyone has this problem, and also warning future buyers.
