Put your Pirellis back on!!!

Put my summer tires back on today and OMG I miss them. The handling, the feel was just awesome. Forgot what is felt like for those shitty winter months. I was on the highway on the way home and blimped the steering wheel and the car shot over and back, WICKED. On top of that washed and waxed my baby and Im just lovin this weather.

There's still some snow showers in the extended forecast here in west Michigan ... I think I'll be waiting another month or so. I am looking forward to it though - it feels like a completely different car with the Pirellis on.

Just wanted to mention that its really nice here in freakin florida.... i never had to put any other tires on the GT same ones that i have had on since i killed the RSA's. and just warning that i have not had to wear a pair of pants for like the last month or so. and do you know what else i went to workin drivin cars all day long and you know that sweat actually started to drip down my face.... ugh what a beautiful feeling. but on the bright side glad to hear things are nice and everything with those pirellis it will be nice to never have to change em except when they are blad

Just pulled my baby out yesterday. And I'm still in live with it. After driving a 86 beat-up truck all winter, i finally remember what im paying for (loan payments).

The biggest problem with keeping the Pirellis on year round is that I just have to replace them that much quicker. 18k miles of tender care, and they are pretty much wasted, guess I'll give KDW's a shot (probably wear even quicker).

Na they should do alright. If you go on to www.1010tires.com Almost every summer performance tire has a 3/5 and up rating for treadwear. Our Pirellis have a 1.8. SOB!

Has anyone in the pittsburgh area put theirs back on yet? I so want to put the pzeros on but I would probably regret it when a snow storm comes in a week.

Nope, they're calling for snow flurries this coming week. Granted, don't think it's going to be anything significant, but we're still not out of the woods yet. I doubt if my Pirellis go on the car before April.
