question about tires
It should clear and everything fine. Your speedometer will be off by quite a bit though.
Something I cooked up with a few minute google search
Tires: Tire 1 Tire 2
Tire size 215/45-18 215/35-18
Section width 215 mm (8.5'') 215 mm (8.5'')
Sidewall 97 mm (3.8'') 75 mm (3'')
Tire diameter 651 mm (25.6'') 607 mm (23.9'')
44 mm (6.8%) shorter.
Rim sizes 18x6 to 18x8 18x6 to 18x8
Circumference 2044 mm (80.5'') 1906 mm (75'')
Revs per mile 787.3 844.4
Speedometer Assuming that this is OEM tire and speedometer readings are correct When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 55.9mph (90km/h): 6.8% slower.
Sorry that it's hard to read, couldn't format it very well w/o taking a lot of time.

They will fit, just your sidewall will be shorter. You will probably notice a much rougher ride as Well. Check out tire specifics at tirerack.com! Its packed with info about tons of tires;not saying to buy from them, but use the site for tire reference.
