Question for all you wheel savey people

So I'm looking at buying new rims for a 2007 Cobalt SS Supercharged and was wondering if these would fit.

First ones are 18x7.5 with a 38mm offset.
The other ones are 18x8 with a 40mm offset.
The car is sitting on stock suspension and I will be using the same tires that are on the stock rims if that makes any difference.

Thanks for reading

yes both will fit as long as they clear the brake callipers, which shouldn't be an issue on a SC.

Awesome, thanks. I thought they would but I just wanted to make sure because I'm still trying to figure out how the offset works in relation to different wheel widths.
