You can't, they won't fit.

LS = 4-lug rims
SS = 5-lug rims

really the only way is to swap the hubs....i have yet to see a 4x100 to 5x110 adapter and if you do find them or get them made they will be about and inch thick at least and your wheels will poke out

My suggestion... just find some wheels that resemble them that you like... 4x100 has a ton of wheels available

I agree, hubs would be the only way. Best choice I would say would be to find some 07 LT hubs that have the 5 lug pattern, that way you won't have to worry about brakes (not sure exactly how the rear drums mount, but I know the SS/SC hubs would be designed to have a 5-lug rotor on them and the issues regarding that have been address in another thread).

In all honesty, your BEST bet money and time wise is to get 4x100 wheels that you like. Finding 5x110 wheels is a royal pain in the ass and they tend to be pricey. On the other hand 4x100 is the lug pattern used on Civics and Integras.....so there is pretty much every wheel imaginable to fit.
