stupid question but is it possible

so I have my 17in konigs that I will be replacing with MSR 068 black w/ red lip. Here is the question can I somehow make the holes for the lugs wider to make them fit a 5-100(cavalier bolt pattern)? Yeah I know its a stupid question but I'm just wondering....
