tire pressure question

hey guys quick question. i know my tires are going to be low on air pressure now that it is getting colder out. how much air should i put in after they have heated up?

It's not recommended that you add air when the tires are heated up, because the air pressure goes up (obviously). And of course, you never really know how much the pressure has gone up. So it's best to check and fill your tires before you go anywhere.

Just buy an air compressor. Just about all of them have an air gauge built right in, and they're relatively cheap.

check them cold and figure out how much you need to add, then go wherever you add air at and add that amount. Check them cold again to make sure you are good. You could also overinflate them a little and bleed air out when they are cold.

i think ill try that. i have an air compressor back home but im down at school and hour away.
