I agree. The BF's are awsome. I have them on my vette and they grab excellent. A little noisy but who cares. You want a quiet car buy a BMW. I am going with 235/40/18 myself. Another guy went with that and he had no problems at all. Here is a link to the tire.

stock is 215/45R18, the lower sidewall percentage makes up for the wider 235. The overall diameter is within tenths of the OEM size.

I agree on this, read the reviews, much better tread life than the stock pirellis, and better wet and dry traction, plus they look like a tuner tire, if your looking for cheap price tires, try hancook, or kumho, kumho's arent to bad, my dad has them on the porsche.....

You want a 235/40/18 not a 45 series. And it will be about the same sidewall size. you would want to go 235/35/18 if you want a Lower profile.

How wide are the your stock wheels? The BFG's are ok, but if you really want an awsome street tire, try Goodyear Eagle F1's.

^^Agree with that. They have all seasons as well. And they are a lot cheaper than the summer only tires.

The BFG G force's are bad ass. The have a great tuner look grip is acceptional, and they aren't to expensive, haven't seen any on Cobalts but I know they would look good.

What 18" tire can we expect to get the most wear/mileage out of.. I want my tire for more practical purposes rather than performance..
