Okay, I know I read around here somewhere...I can't find where...that people were hittin 100+ on their Balts, but some other people were freaking out and telling them to be careful. I'm just curious, I'm on a stock LS Sport Package. What speed rating are my tires? I've been on a couple rides wit ha retarded friend who takes his Accord to the max of its govern at 108, one of these days I may have to show him whos boss, but I don't wanna go that fast if my tires will blow up or something.

Theres a governer on you cobalt that wont let you go over the speed that your tires are rated for. Thats the purpose of a governor...So you cant go a speed that your car cant handle.
