what tires to go with
Nitto NT555RZ.......Better than what you have listed
They have awesome grip, a strong sturdy side wall, so they are really good for both the track and handling... Z rated, I have done quite a few runs at the track including burn outs before each run, still has a **** ton of grip

If you want maximum grip and are willing to compromise tread wear, get NT05's. If you want a smooth riding tire that will last a bit longer and still grip reasonably well. Get the Invo's. I have 235/35/19 Invo's and I'm happy with them so far. I haven't noticed any loss in ride comfort while going from 18's to 19's.
Do some research on the NT05. They will outperform any other street tire that Nitto makes. They may not last long though. They have 7/32 tread from the factory and a tread wear rating of 200. Most tires have 10/32 tread new.
Here's a pic of my Invo's on 19"x8.5" wheels:

It depends how serious you are about performance. I opted for Invo's because they will last longer and provide a smoother ride. If I had more power mods than just an intake and exhaust, I may have went for the NT05's for max grip.
I'm surprised the Stealership didn't try to sell them for $300 each. They are known for INSANE mark-ups! lol. How does $3500 sound for a set of GM branded wheels and tires sound? That's what I have seen on a local dealership's site for 4 18's with tires! lol
