im looking at some wheels that are 18X8 with a 55 offset...my main question is will they fit and look ok cause ive never bothered to study up on offsets

oh and ive got a ss/sc if it matters...i know the stock ones ate 40 something

 

Sorry... that offset is too high... your tires would be all up on the inner side wall of your car if will even go on. 45mm is probably the highest you could go without issues.
