Our cars don't really take that nicely to getting raised... like you have to only jack them up in certain places.

I'd have them check the frame and underside/floorboarding of your car for damage too... not only because most of the weight of your car was on a non-reinforced area on the cinderblocks, but it was also being supported from one point in the middle on each side... that's a lot of overhang weight on each end...

And then when the tow truck put your car on the ramp, the could've once again bent your frame as they were pulling the car up at an angle up onto the ramp. Looking from the pics with it on the tow truck, you can see that if those rotors weren't already toast, they are now. You can see the scrape marks of them on the ramp of the truck.

Wow, I'm really sorry about that man. I hope you get everything straightened out. Don't worry, that guy will eventually get what's coming to him.

Some idiot hit my old car I had in high school and it never drove the same. (uni-body)

I've heard that many shops nowdays have gotten pretty good at fixing damaged uni-bodies though.

pulling the control arms with chains like that and all that resistance (bare rotors) could move the sub frame. listen for extra steering clunk now. that's unfortunate man.

check your local kijiji or criags list for people selling cobalt rims (like yours and your neighbours..) next time..ingrave a generic number or serial number or your cars vin into the back of the rim..i know it sounds ghetto..but it means you could catch these *******

Thumbs up Critter Cam!

We had a problem with kids setting off fireworks on our front porch, doing a little vandalism, and running off in the middle of the night. My dad bought one of those "Critter Cams" and tied it to a tree.

It's set off by motion and can take still pics as well as video and stores it on a media card. It's got infra-red too, so it doesn't matter how dark it is.

We caught the kids... cops had pictures of them doing it and everything. Maybe you could hide one of those cameras somewhere and catch them next time they strike again.

sounds like a sweet idea. You should put locks on your rims and sit and wait. It will take them longer, so you can kill them easier
