2.0 turbo kit question

ok so i looked on zzp for the turbo kit and i know they dont take the supercharger off but if i was to take it off for a saab intake mani what lines would i need to run to it???

see thats the thing one of my buddies did it and it still had a sound comin from the gutted supercharger
