Over a week now and they can't give me a real update to what's going on with my parts!! Super pissed now moving shops or not!!! I've been told it was shipped last Thursday to have nothing shipped at all... Was refunded 26 bucks for shipping that obviously didn't happen in 3 days like I paid for... now I'm on the waiting for them to give me a real answer to what's going on? At this point my next step is to cancel the order for a full refund and go with OTTP!!!!!

 

what parts are they? they don't stock everything so you are probably waiting for a part from the manufacturer, blame them.

Huffing and puffing gets nothing done. Considering your location, a week is still early. They refunded shipping costs due to not being able to fulfil commitment. What more do you want? There's more to the story, so what is it?

I've been waiting on parts from ottp since Feb 14th. So I wouldn't go that route

Same here. They ship quick

 

Zzp usually ships same day or next day for me and i receive it a day after they ship. Ive never had a problem with them

I would be pissed too.

He paid for 3 day shipping and it still hasn't. Even though they refunded him his shipping he needs them sooner then later.

Now i wouldn't go with OTTP lol.

 

I buy from josh alot. no issues here. never had Issues with zzp either.

 

The few things I've purchased from ZZP have been great. My Interceptors were on backorder but they emailed me the next day and told me they were on backorder. So I have nothing bad to say.

 

Never had a problem. I even sent an email asking about a part being on back order and got a response in 10 min.

Never had bad service from ZZP. Theyve always been great to me.

 

ZZP wouldnt give me a hand-jo when I clearly request one in the comments box of my order.
