Everything else on their site still works for me except the store still

 

any body know any other sites that will be having sales?? besides ZZPand OTTP

whys everyone keep saying it's not working? works fine for me. i wish it wasn't working and they had to put it off a day or 2 LOL. fk it id only buy a built block anyways.

Its a IE issue for me at least. Just installed chrome and can hit the site again. I know its up cause i pinged it and got a reply. Multiple people are having issues though. Just cause it works for one dont mean it work for all.

Either way got it solved and on to happy shopping here shortly.

Last time i check i was the one who was a MCP,MCTS,MCSA,MCSE,CCENT,CCNA and CEH certified tech and still prefer IE. Guess I am one of those users who knows nothing about computers, lol

only reason i even have ie on my **** is cause it's the only browser that functions with verticals phone system programming -_-

well cant edit ****, can add **** and buy it fine. structure of some of the site just redirects to the main page lol. the previous orders does a redirect also.

 

Yeah I can't see my details, when I login the page just refreshes, but I don't seem to be actually logged in, and if I click the forgot password button I just go back to the home page again.

 

Lol idk i can login and do all that stuff fine (adding items checkin out etc) just can't change my billing addy and so forth. They shoulda just left the old site on if it aint broke don't fix it but what are ya gonna do.

 

Yeah I agree, old site was good.

I thought they changed over to better support the black friday sale, but everyone has a different issue depending on browser...

I didn't mean that I couldn't find how to get to the Ecotec section or figure out how to navigate their site. It's not that complicated. I can't speak for everyone else, but if they are having that kind of trouble maybe they should step away from the keyboard

This was the problem I was having when going to the store section


The computer I was on had IE8 installed. Went ahead and installed Chrome, and I was able to get to the store page no problem without the page refreshing. I then tried to go to the My Account section on the page (upper right hand corner when you are on the store page), but whenever I signed in it just redirects me to the main store page. So I said F it, and installed Firefox on it to see if Chrome was the problem. Nope, same situation with Firefox installed. I tried it on my phone from their mobile site, and it works fine, I can sign into my account and view all my account information. I don't feel like try to buy over the effin mobile site, but if it comes down to that. So it seems to be something going on with their actual website if 3 different browsers are not working right, but if others are having the same trouble I guess it confirms that

So is anyone else having trouble signing into their account and viewing address info and order history, or tried checking out and clicking the existing customers link to sign in?
