Did you email Zooomer about this? I emailed him the day mine showed up (I didn't know it was waiting for me at home). He got back to me with a tracking number stating it showed delivered
ur logo isnt centered.... its more towards the top. Now place that one on the shelf and buy another one....
on side note, looks good, might buy a lower charge pipe to install with it as well and I wonder if the logo will show through the bumper opening...

I actually like the logo being that high because I saw the one on the picture in the beginning of this thread and noticed it was too low. I guess we will see tomorrow when I get this one on.
car looks good by the way!!
I wish they offered anodized? ones, i would have taken one in black
I've painted something in the middle of my intercooler once n it doesn't line up. More of the top shows than the bottlm. That's why i wanted to see how they painted it
I think the reason that the ZZP logo is towards the top (mine is to) is because of the fact that it does hang a tad lower then most other IC's
Therefore making the logo sit centered, I'm hoping lol
Just did my intercooler swap in 2 hrs by myself in the street hahaha.
Nah u dont have to remove the lip, there are 2 bolts on each side underneath by the tire. everything comes off at once.

Ill do a run down in the order i did it. ill try to remember every bolt/screw and/or body tab.
1. removed the 6 body tabs on the upper grill mounted to the frame (2 on each side which are the bigger ones then 2 smaller body tabes right next to the passenger headlight)
2. removed 2 bolts holding the headlights in on each side and unhooked headlights and removed them.
3. removed 4 bolts on each headlight brackets and removed them.
4. removed fog light bulbs
5. removed 3 bolts by tires that hold the splash shield to the bumper and 1 screw located at the bottum on the bumper to the splash shield.
(easiest way to do this is just to turn ur wheel all the way in towards the engine and vise versa for the other side)
6. LOOSENED the two bolts up under the headlight where the bumper mounts to fender, then there is another bolt further back towards the splash guard REMOVE it. (you will make it easier by pushing the splash shield out towards the tire to get to the bolt easier)
7. Removed the 2 body tabs located behind the lower grill that clips the bumper to the bumper support. (easy if you have the lower grill removed)
8. there are 2 bolts on each side underneath located towards the tire that hooks the splash guard to the bumper from the bottum.
9. Lift the upper grill up over the hood release latch and bumper will come off. Make sure you hold the bumper by the top grill and by where the lower grill mounts to because the bumper is very flimsy.
10. now loosen the 4 bolts holding the intercooler to the bumper support
11. remove charge pipes
12. now remove the 4 bolts holding the intercooler to the bumper support. and the intercooler has to be lifted up to unhook from the stock brackets. Intercooler is off now.
I ran into some problems getting the brackets to mount correctly to the bumper support so you may have to bend the brackets a little bit.
And i believe the rubber bushings go inbetween the bracket and the intercooler so they absorb the vibes. Hope that helps you guys out.

getting the bumper off and removing the stock IC is the easiest part. Installing the ZZP is definitely not difficult in the least, but things didn't align perfectly.. for mine at least. Then or course you will need to realign the bumper to sit flush with the fenders and everything else to look all nicie nice again
