Even if the wheel was the same exact size the design of it allows it to be 6% more efficient. If I wasn't in the field right now id be figuring out how to get a batmowheel for the bnr.

good ****..
If this things nets 10-20 more whp and is more efficient up top then it's definitely worth it to me, much cheaper than a K04+ also

Question tho.. Aside from the design, what's the real differences between the batmowheel an the double...?

I'm interested in this for my HHR SS.

How hard is the turbo to R&R?

I have a down pipe I need to put on anyway so might as well upgrade the turbo while I'm in there.

well, the design IS the difference hahah. basically what a batmowheel does with the inducer blades, a double does it on all the blades. gains are slightly more than a double bat. but a turbo this small me and david agreed that testing out a single batmo first would be better to see what the gains are. stepping up to a double afterwards may on yeild another 1-2hp/5ftlbs..

I meant to remove and replace the turbo on the car. I'd just send the turbo to them to install the wheel.

If we send in the entire turbo can they machine the compressor side to fit a larger wheel like the K04+ has and then add a Batmowheel?

This would be the best Stock turbo gains we could see. And I'd totally be down!!!!!!

No porting. but installation and balancing of the turbo is free if you send it in.

Yeah bullseye definitely won't be receiving any of your cars for a build. thats what ZZP is for. but their expertise in turbo applications is one of, if not, the best. and the fact that they're willing to take this step for us and produce a drop in wheel for a platform thats not even made any more is amazing. If gains are shown, ya'll better not make me look like a fool and back out of ordering, its $399!!!! what more could you want.

Maybe a second list for those with a K04+ that they want to add the Batmowheel... shouldnt be to much to do its only 2.5mm bigger.

That would be exellent Vahdyx. Could you post a pic of the exhaust side of you're turbo so people can see the difference? The porting that is done I think that may be the difference why the KO4+ had good gains while the 2860 w/o the exhaust side porting did not. I would hate to see this not get the gains and die off like the bnr 2860 did if it was just a matter of the exhaust side porting.
