finding a list of 10 for the k04+ would probably be challlenging though....and selling many more after the first 10 would really be difficult since there aren't that many k04+ out there

BYT does not have a dyno inhouse. He is doing another upcoming dyno day shortly though at the performance shop in Pottstown. Cant remember the name right now.

I'm seriously debating this. I've got the itch for a different project which would mean selling my kit and going back to stock turbo. I could send them my stock k04 now and have the stock parts swapped back on by the time it is returned.

Make sure they send out DIY's directions when they send these wheels out. lol. I can imagine ordering this and then getting a compressor wheel and going "Awesome!! Im gonna make sooo much power! Where does this go?"

yes if you just order the wheel it will come with instructions. but chances of balancing a wheel being installed on a turbo with miles already on it, aren't very good. if the turbine shaft is slightly off balance, say 1-2grams, installing the compressor wheel will throw it off by say 3-4grams. i would reccomend sending in your turbo to them to have the wheel installed. the price for sending in your turbo is the same price as it is to order the wheel. installation and balancing is free, you'll just pay more for shipping

I think they will install it for you, you cant just bolt on a new compressor wheel, they have to be balanced or they will tear theirselves apart.

Only slightly at 100,000rpm = a lot, surprised they're even mentioning a diy install.
