Alright guys we need another full boltons car. FF_ace has ran in to some family issues and is no longer able to be the test car. we all understand family first though. so who's next.
How long does the whole process take for the test car? You guys aren't that far from me I don't think..
I don't know about "full bolt ons" lol but I got intake, charge pipes, forge BPV, dp, exhaust, an tune

No, lol I'm sayin how long do you think the installation and balancing will take? I'm moving to the pA area soon(like Friday maybe) and ima hit up BYT for a tune, he has a dyno up there 2 so I think I'll be good
BYT does not have a dyno inhouse. He is doing another upcoming dyno day shortly though at the performance shop in Pottstown. Cant remember the name right now.
I'm seriously debating this. I've got the itch for a different project which would mean selling my kit and going back to stock turbo. I could send them my stock k04 now and have the stock parts swapped back on by the time it is returned.
Make sure they send out DIY's directions when they send these wheels out. lol. I can imagine ordering this and then getting a compressor wheel and going "Awesome!! Im gonna make sooo much power! Where does this go?"

yes if you just order the wheel it will come with instructions. but chances of balancing a wheel being installed on a turbo with miles already on it, aren't very good. if the turbine shaft is slightly off balance, say 1-2grams, installing the compressor wheel will throw it off by say 3-4grams. i would reccomend sending in your turbo to them to have the wheel installed. the price for sending in your turbo is the same price as it is to order the wheel. installation and balancing is free, you'll just pay more for shipping
I think they will install it for you, you cant just bolt on a new compressor wheel, they have to be balanced or they will tear theirselves apart.

david said with a turbo this small. it can be DIY installed. but it will be off, however only slightly. i would still reccomend sending in your turbo though guys.
