I was literally reading about this 10 minutes before you posted about doing it. I was thinking, "I've never seen anyone do this?" Guess I was wrong lol.

Most people are too afraid to cut, drill, or solder anything.

If only I could weld...then I could get into some serious trouble

Negative ghost rider. No garage=no progress. Everything will just have to wait for the warmth to go on.

Do you happen to know off hand what size barb you used and what size tap and drill bit? I drilled out a 1/4 hole right now, gotta see if i have the tap and right size barbs laying around.

just sprint outside, take a bolt off, and sprint back inside to warm up. Repeat

No big deal. You will be done in a week.

gotta get a 90* fitting like you did, probably gonna loctite this in, its a bit loose up until the last few threads.

Wait to see how the 90 fits, but i would try to keep the end of the npt side as flush to the inside of the manifold as possible. Just so that air doesnt have to go over a lip to get out. It should make a minimal difference, but every little bit counts. If you already tapped it too deep, you can always grind down the end of the npt side, if you have a grinder and can keep the threads clean.

I can delete the rear o2 sensor altogether, correct? I am stripping this harness as much as possible, and don't care about going back to stock. I'm cat less now with the code shut off, I just want to make sure I can disconnect it and be fine.

I already know the answer, just want to hear it from someone else haha
