2.4 ecotec to 2.0 lsj conversion

Looking for anyone that may be able to point me in the right direction. I'm looking to do an engine swap, and a transmission swap from stock 2.4l with automatic, to a 2.0 lsj with a manual shift.

My guess would be it's cheaper to pick up a lsj car rather then swap

I really appreciate the feedback. I got an offer for an jsl engine and tranny with 120k on it, for u der a thousand. I may build it on a new block, and do the tranny swap over the winter. My mai. Concerns are the ecu and compatibility.

Might be easier and cheaper to buy a F23 transmission to swap with the auto and slap a blower on your current 2.4 (you'll need a tune)

Only thing I worry about in that aspect, is the internals. Will they be able to withstand the blower? And where the hell do I learn more about stuff like "F23" transmissions? Learning the number name?
