how fast is your shipping? if i order something this afternoon when will i get it?

I ordered a bunch of stuff and came in a 12x12 box and only took 2 days but I'm here in Florida so not sure about you?

depends on the object size and how fast it processes through the company. plus if you order somthing through a website that needs to contacts a factory to ship it out it could be long...

Shipping is a personal subject with us; some even think that is an obsession, ANY order that comes in before the end of the business day, will go out the same day, if the order comes after business hours like a few that came in last night at 1.00 AM both were out by 10.00AM the next morning. Most of the time our shipping record is 4 hrs.

We have seen 7 days to Canada, 3 Days to Puerto Rico and so on but once we send the package out it is on the hands of the postal service……. If we are going to ship large quantities then the shipping structure is a little different.

Our business is a very competitive business, there’s many products in the market place so we figure that besides our quality product line we had to come up with something different, and we have, all of our orders go PRIORITY Service at no extra cost to the consumer, EACH order will go out with something FREE, as an example if a customer orders a Wax and a Pre wax we will send out a 4oz of car shampoo FREE, the package now weights more but still goes out Priority. Sometimes is jus an applicator or just a micro fiber towel but at least we go out of our way to put a little something for our customers and hopefully they will come back.

We are not just an “on line reseller store” we manufator our own products along with our silence partners and that allow us to custom tailor our business and pretty much be flexible from any angle of the business something that NOT to many car care company’s can said.

Wow..... I wish every vendor was like this....

Thank you, we have had a few cases that the order came in around 10.00 am and was not shipped to the next morning, as soon as I find out my blood pressure got skyrocket, all do is STILL within the acceptable guidelines for shipping, I consider that unacceptable, it is our duty to not only proof that our products deliver as we say they do, but we MUST be different.

Unfortuanlly for us, not many people are aware of all of those things, but at the end of the day we do try our very best, we really do. :twothumbs

I know with the boxes of Turbo Wax product I've had sent over to New Zealand (yes the other end of the world, lol), it's taken about 7 days, and that's not bad considering it has to pass through Customs this end, and they always hold onto it for a few days. :twothumbs
