what a dirtbag he's on the autobahn driving like that. he cant just wait till he get's into an unrestricted zone. and passing on the right is a big nono, let alone on the shoulders.

if there was a car on the shoulder broke down, he would have known at least a couple hundred meters before-hand. and given how he was driving a couple hundred meters would have been plenty of time to move. I say this because if you are broken down on the autobahn, by law you must put out warning triangles up to 200 meters behind you so traffic knows that you are there and can adjust accordingly.
