Opinions on a Front Splitter

I need opinions on a front carbon fiber splitter on an SS/SC. Do you think it would look good? Not one of those that are in two pieces that go on the corners of your bumper, but the rounded ones that are the full one piece design.

If you find it, please post it. I've been wondering what it looks like. I'm thinking about getting one of those universal fit ones and cutting it to line up with the bumper.

I don't really think splitters look good on lip kits. Too much going on if you know what I mean

What purpose does the splitter thing serve? The cf that is on the GAC Cobalt is actually a vent system for the brakes, like the 'Vettes have. It pulls in air and directs it to the front brakes to keep them from getting too hot.

I don't think it does anything. I just want it for looks. The one that Cobalt30 posted is the one i'm thinking of. Something like that but i wouldn't have it sticking that way out such as that s2000 has it in the link. That looks retarted.

My friend had one on his srt-4 and it came off while he was racing and he ran it over. It did look nice becuase he has an orange srt-4 and the contrast was nice.

My brother has one on his Silver EVO and it looks nice. I have a black SS/SC and think that it would look nice also. You wouldnt really notice it much on black other than the steel stabilizer rods.
