I sure love new parts!

Sold a turbo kit I had for my old silverado to a guy in California and it's going on a Chevrolet SSR. Should be pretty sweet. Anyway, I put the money from that sale into parts for my cobalt. So here's what's come in

Ingalls "Stiffy" Torque Dampener

Hurst Short Throw Shifter

AIS Methanol Kit

That's all for now, but i've got a "big boy" mod coming very soon It's not so much a "big boy" mod here, because we're all cobalts and Intense stage 3 is nothing, haha. But I'm puttin this same post on a few other forums, so you get the idea

I love it. It's the perfect tone for a four cylinder. Doesn't rattle my brain but it's still loud enough to let people know when I get on it.

nice

I'm getting pretty impatient and almost want to order a STS now instead of waiting on Ark. I hate the stock shifter.

I just hate ARK's knob. LOL That's why I got this.

I'd also like to note how hard it is to get a box that says " alcohol injection systems" into a College Dorm at WVU.

Well, I still can't decide between Hurst and B&M. I just want B&M with the Hurst knob.

Well you win. They're owned by the same company now. LOL.. they're pretty much the exact same thing. Get the hurst. allecotec is having a "blowout" sale. like 130 shipped. ( maybe 140, can't remmber, either way.. cheap)

Don't they have problems? Do they re-use the stock bushings?

I find it hilarious that everyone talks **** about "canned tunes" all day but they'll run GM's canned tune all day everyday. I do, however, plan on getting it tuned for the methanol down the road, right now i'm just using it for cooling.
