After 6 grueling hours i finally got my zzp combo and megan exhuast on. but wow the sotck header was a pain in the ass to get off that was about 3 hours of my time, but damn does it sound amazing!!! I got a cel about 15 miles after riding dont know why but man you guys have to do this it sounds great!!!

 

What model Cobalt do you have and what size header and downpipe did you go with? Videos would be nice as well.

have a 2.0 cobalt i picked the 1.75 header 3" exit to 2.5 with downpipe with cat... i will post vids have a before and after vid coming...i got the before im jsut waiting for tomorow to shoot the after

how do you break in the cat? i havent took it over 4k yet....one more things when i first start for like the first 5 mins white smoke was coming out of my exhaust??? you get that?? it stopped but i was concerned figured it was all the wd-40 i sprayed buring off and did you get a CEL???

 

I have a CEL becuase of low cat efficiency... you break in a cat by not getting on it until after driving 500-600 miles.... and the white smoke is the oils of your hands and inside the exhaust burring off...
