Is this normal for stage 2? Car is real jerky at low rpms, more so after its warmed up. I used to be able to start from a stop from 2nd gear to save a shift but now its too jerky and stumbly to do that. Really gotta slip the clutch out from 1st and shifting to 2nd in order to not get a herky-jerky type action. Just wondering if this is normal. they did the install right, I have a 7K rpm redline and the blower makes 16.5psi of boost, so what gives.

Starting off in 2nd?! That kind of laziness will end up costing you $1500.

Mine had a slight hesitation kinda feel under heavier acceleration but after i got 1 step colder plugs it cleared right up (had to re-gap them even though they were pre-gapped but hesitation is gone now). Not sure if you're talking about something like that or an actual bucking more violent feel.

EDIT: Just noticed you said during shifts and stuff, in that case nvm, doesn't sound like the same thing I had.

yes, clutch completly out, from about 1,500 rpms it feels real jerky

Guys, I think you are confused. Its NOT my driving. I've been driving/racing stick shift cars MUCH faster than this for years............Its when my foot is already completely off the clutch pedal, and I go to accelerate, it bucks/bogs for a split second then goes.............

Try getting 1 step colder plugs, what you're describing sounds like what I had. It's not a violent bucking right? More just kinda hesitation on WOT or heavy acceleration and only really get the jerky feeling from below 3-3.5k or so right?

http://cobalt-addiction.com/performance.htm

15$ shipped for the coppers. Worth it even if it doesn't work.

this is a common stage two problem, it's called idle surge, will need someone to tune it for you. i think it's an injector min and max pw that needs to be changed, i could be wrong though.
