do the neon lights on that website have some kind of switch on the inside of the car to turn them off and on?

Generally most underbody neons have a switch to turn them on and off. Let me suggest mounting the switch inside your pocket where your trunk release it. Very easy to hide the wires behind the paneling and no one will see your switch. That is how I have mine done.

If you have an ss there are great places for the tubes and you cant see the bulbs. There is a well on each side of the doors that they fit perfectly into. The front looks great mounted about the mouth opening. The rear goes just above the honeycombs. Then your mouth pukes the color of the neon when you have them on !!
