ain't that the truth. nobody seems to want to tackle this thing, and i don't mean a ported stocker...

The main reason as with anything is people will not buy becuase most will not have the money for it plain and simple. Same exact thing happend with the tvs, everyone was going all crazy about it and going to buy it then when it was time to ante up everyone dropped out.
