If you plan on tiwn charging, do the research before you get in over your head. This has been discussed quite a bit here and alot of your questions can be answered by using the search funtion.

zzperformance.com has a twin charge kit for our cars, check it out.

Question 1. Maybe
Question 2. Maybe

Alot of it depends on how you drive. Chances are that with anything over 300 hp crank or 280 whp you are going to burn the clutch up. The stock internals should hold to anything up to 300hp crank, you can proably go a bit over that without much worry. Anything much higher and it is only a matter of time before #4 piston goes bye-bye. There is plenty of thread out there with information if you do a search.

I'm just saying that most people mod the crap out of there car then drive the hell out of it. Then they can't understand why the stock clutch and internals don't hold up. Note - I did not say no matter what you are going to burn up the clutch or break the internals. My first line was "Alot of it depends on how you drive" <- being the key. I know quite well that you could push 400 whp and be fine, as long as you know how to drive and don't beat the ever loving crap out of your car.

The stock clutch we already know won't hold up to alot of abuse. The internals - again it depends on how your drive. Safetly you could go as high as 400hp (according to GM) on stock internals, but tuning and cooling also come into play.
