SS/TC Owners - Please Post in the Correct Section!

Just because you have the new model doesn't mean that you shouldn't post your topics in the correct section. We have tons of separate technical sections for a reason, and everyone needs to use them so information/topics stay more organized and are easier to find.

Drivetrain - Transmission, LSD, Clutch, Driveline, Axles...
Suspension - Springs, Shocks, Brakes
Appearance - Body Kits, Hoods, Wheels, Spoilers, Interiors
Wheels and Tires - All about wheels and tires.
Show & Shine - Detailing, washing, waxing, paint care, wax, etc.
Electronics, Audio, and Video - All Audio, Video, Alarms, and all other electronics

Examples of what NOT to post in the General LNF section...
warped rotors already? - Post in Suspension
whoever designed the front - Post in Appearance
07 SS rim --->08 SS SS/tc - Post in Wheels and Tires
Water Spots? Can't get rid of em - Post in Show and Shine

This is just a sample of the kinds of threads that have already had to be moved because they should be in a more technical section.

Don't use "the SS/SC guys don't understand, or I want answers from JUST SS/TC members" excuse, we are all enthusiasts here, and have tons of knowledgeable people on the forum and just because they don't own one doesn't mean they don't know what they are talking about.

This has to stop and EVERYONE needs to start posting in the correct section and stop using this as a catch-all.

Thanks

Yea IMO I think people would rather post in the LNF section, so their questions dont get caught up with LSJ questions and LSJ expertise.

The car's brakes, engine, suspension and electronics are pretty different, and right now we only have a dedicated LNF engine section.

You are right about the paint question and the rims and tires

the springs are 30% stiffer, and the steering knuckles are slightly differetn, as is the steering ratio, but other than that the suspension is identical, and brakes, no matter how special are still brakes. the knowlegeable members will know enough to help you regardless of what car they drive.
