Tire Rotation?

Alright i own a Chevy Cobalt 2.2L sedan LS. im wondering how i go about the tire rotation? do i take front right passanger and switch with back left rear? then take left front driver and swithch with back right rear?

You take the left front tire and put it on the right rear. The right front tire and put it on the left rear. The rear tires are just moved forward i.e. right rear to right front and left rear to the left front.

If you have directional tires you can only take the rear one and move it to the front same side and vise versa. If you have normal tires stonny's method is the proper way.
