magnaflow 2.5" starting to get raspy

So i was extremely happy with my magnaflow, but now when i start to give it gas, it just gets a little raspy i tightened everything and sealed off completely the gaps which are made where the 2 pipes meet. Is there anything to do or is this just the natural progression of the exhausts?

is it brand new? noticed you have a ZZP set up. I have the exact same set up as you do on my car. ZZP header/dp with a magnaflow exhaust. only difference, you have a 3" ZZP and i have a 2.5". i get NO rasp at all.

Check the gaskets between the flanges, they may have burnt out, IF they were not tight enough when you installed it.

double check the resonator. take something and tap the resonator a few times, see if it buzzes at all.

Corsa is the top of the line, but it is a bit more $... This however should not have anything to do with it, as the magnaflows are not (should not) be raspy.

Have the EXACT same problem. Had the resonator replaced.........still there. Had the muffler replaced....still there. Had the downpipe and cat replaced......still there. I have the ZZP midlength header with the ZZP downpipe...and I still get the "raspy" sound. Not much I can do about it since everything has been replaced within the last 6 months.
