fuel system ticking noise is normal condition.direct injection system is always noisy.

These are Technical service bulletins , not RECALLS . These won't apply to every car.

Very true none of these are recalls people, they help us(technicians) find the problem faster or to inform customers, stop freaking out already

According to our fine government there are no recalls and 12 TSB's (for all 2008 Cobalts not just the SS).
