My TVS is on the way.

I was wondering if anyone can slip me a good base tune for the TVS with a 80mm pulley and 60lb injectors so the guys dyno tuning will have something to work with.

Assume only TVS with the 80mm and the 60s.

So, I need help...

The HP numbers don't look good. Less power than where I started????? 226 hp to 205 hp...

I'm getting the files from the tuner soon. If someone could look at them I would appreciate it.

Basically

they got the AFR at 12
timing is 11*
on the 60s injector duty cycle is 30% max
IATs 102

 

So go up in timing!

 

They tried going up and down. Up too much, starts to ping and lose off the 205 reading, down too much starts to lose off the 205 reading.

 

PM wickedss2005 he can give u a base tune for your TVS man:

 

go to the repository at hptuners site and download a base 60lb tune and start over. or pay raven ss some money for a base tune.

 

i want a TVS...but thats a lotta money lol

forgot to mention im seeing 20psi of boost on the 80mm with this tune.

 

your idc is off. a lot. with the 3.1 pulley you should be in the 70's on idc. you have a lot of work ahead of you. add fuel. for timing. take a stage 2 base map, and remove 5 degree's from 1.00 on g/cyl down to 1.36 work from there. also remove any adders. iat, afr, ect. afr zero out. iat. zero below 140 degree's, and ect zero below 212.
