Has anyone heard that DC is on back order for these things? I called NGA today to find out if I could get a tracking number or something since I ordered about 2 weeks ago and they told me today that DC is back ordered and they havent shipped them for months now. I'm just curious if anyone has bought them from other sites and I'm getting fed garbage.

I'm pretty sure it would be wise to update there site and say this item is on back order.

I ordered a DC Strut Bar off of Cobalt-Addiction back in May yes May, and still didn't get it. I talked to them about once a week. Finally in July they started shipping the Exahausts and headers. the Strut bars are still on back order. I plan on calling cobalt-addiction again towards the end of the week

 

you paid for a part in may and you have still yet to get it....wow man id be getting my money back plus some for the hassle....im so sick of these ****** companys shafting everyone....DONT SELL A ****** PRODUCT THAT YOU CANT GET.....****.

 

I've ordered off them a few times before and never had a problem. If i dont' get it soon, I"m gonna ask for either credit or money back. It's not like it's holding up a build or anything so i'm not super rushed. I have other stuff i"m doing to the car in the meantime to keep me busy

 

The only reason I'm worried is because I'm moving off base soon and then deploying so I wont be in contact with them for 4 months and it's the gonna be a bitch if it gets sent while I'm deployed.

 

I talked with the guys from Audio XTC the other day and they said that the finally got the notice that the strut bars were being shipped to them, and that as soon as they get them they'll ship them out to us. I asked if they were getting enough in to cover all waiting orders and he said yes, so yet again it's just a matter of time.

Not sure if they'll get in by the time you get deployed and what not

I ordered on back on April 27 and I still don't have it. I have heard nothing about it from anyone at NGA, and I just got done filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue. Might not be a bad idea for you other guys who ordered one from them to do the same thing. It may not really matter, but if they get a couple of complaints regarding the same issue, it might make a difference. I also noticed that when typing in the NGA motorsports phone number, that the address and company information showed up, meaning that someone had already filed a complaint about them as well.

 

hey its oct 24 and ca doesnt have em yet they said about the end of nov. i tried gatting it elsewhere but they give me the same story....backorder.

I waited 2 months for my DC Sports Strut Bar and it still never came. I ordered it from Modern Performance. I ended up cancelling my order, because I was pissed both at Modern Performance for not listing the product on back order and DC Sports. The Balt is getting stored away for the winter so in the spring I will look into a strut bar prob not from DC Sports though.

 

yeah ttr lets you order, but says that it will not be available until late october at the earliest

 

better than late nov. Like CA. how much is it at ttr.
